Provide extensive quality office administrative support to Private Bank includes but not limited to
o Form stock take and replenishment
o Stationeries/ pantry supplies/ papers and toners/ marketing collateral replenishment
o Liaison with vendors for maintenance of equipment/ marketing material
o Logistical support in staff onboarding & offboarding, office relocation and internal events
o Set up and dismantle of venue for training and event
o Handle outgoing mails and deliver incoming mails to recipients and file acknowledgement record for audit purpose.
o Process all invoices on a regular basis to avoid delay of paymentsRegulatory & Business Conduct

- Diploma holder or above with understanding of administrative duties
- Banking experience preferred but not essential
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
