Role Purpose:The position holder(s) will support daily store operations to enhance store operation effectiveness and assist with store-related issues, including POS system and IT-related concerns.A typical day in this Role:
  • Deliver comprehensive support for daily store operations to enhance store operation effectiveness.
  • Offer primary assistance for store-related issues, including POS system and IT-related concerns.
  • Facilitate new store launches, closures, renovations, and maintenance, alongside pertinent administrative duties.
  • Regularly generate sales reports for strategic business analysis.
  • Manage store supplies including but not limited to stationery, uniform, and place orders to ensure seamless store operations

Success will depend on:
  • Possess a tertiary education qualification or higher
  • Experience in a retail setting is advantageous
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Operations Support Officer
