- Assist in procurement of office supplies, such as stationery and other office supplies ordering;
- Arrange various administration and clerical office services, such as taking meeting minutes, mailing, and office maintenance;
- Assist in a full spectrum of HR functions such as payroll calculation, staff movement, MPF administration, and tax returns;
- Monitor and update staff attendance and leave records;
- Maintain employee data in the HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Diploma holder preferably in Business Studies, with a minimum 1 year relevant Administrative;
- Fresh graduate or Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management will also be considered;
- Candidate MUST have knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57);
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Knowledge in Japanese is not a MUST, but definitely is an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing;
- Basic knowledge of HRIS will be an advantage;
- Detail-minded, well-organized with strong numerical sense and high accuracy.
- 5 working days per week
- Monday to Friday
- 0900-1800
- Maximum 17 days of annual leave
