- Maintain the related theme pages of the application.
- Design user interfaces of web application.
- Take part in all activities in the maintenance and enhancements of e-procurement platform including requirement collection, impact analysis and provision of technical options to meet users/business requirements.
- Design, develop and implement application functions, user/system interfaces of web applications.
- Conduct functional test, system integration test and code reviews.
- Conduct user briefing & training.
- Promote and provide user support in adoption of the e-procurement service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0

Requirements - Has solid work experience in system development and implementation of Java web-based applications with
Internet facing.
- Has solid implementation experience on Java Application Framework such as ZK, SPRING frameworks.
- Possesses sound technical knowledge on MySQL database.
- Has solid experience on UI design of web applications
- Knowledge in Government procurement management and processes is an advantage.
- Experience in implementing cloud-based applications is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 4 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP);
. At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 3 years' experience in XML (XML);
. At least 3 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV);
. At least 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS);
. 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 2 years' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT);
. 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
