And we are collaborating closely with our partners to drive the systemic change in the education to employment space.WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR:Project & Partnerships ManagerJob OverviewThe Project & Partnerships Manager is a full-time role that will report directly to the Director of Development. This role is key to lead a career and life development (CLD) related project and keep our growth of strategic partnerships, as well as maintaining our existing individual and corporate partnerships network. You will build relationships with a myriad of stakeholders, schools, employers and industry associations.TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU'LL NEED:Minimum of 6-8 years of related work experience with significant involvement in project management and partnerships development, with strong industry networks and a track record of success in leading high-profile conversations and writing/delivering proposals.Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory or management experience.We are especially excited to see candidates with:Experience in a non-profit/social enterprise/education sector/start-up in Hong KongInterest and passion to serve underserved communitiesExperience in collaborating with secondary schools and NGOsEager to make impact, excited to try and adopt commercial approaches in an NGO environmentsStrong project management and analytical skills with a track record of managing complex projects and delivering operational targets.Entrepreneurial, adaptive to changes, resilient and innovative mindset that takes ownership for targets, and seeks opportunities for improvement/growth of the program.Professional demeanour, excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail.A positive and empathic leader with solutions-oriented attitude; ability to be a team player.Ability to work against tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment to achieve the program targets and objectives.Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese) is a must.Immediate availability is preferred.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Overall Project Management:Lead the team to curate, plan and implement physical work experience for secondary school students based on designed framework, project and organization visions.Design and implement various CLD initiatives with partners for secondary school students and underserved youths.Collaborate closely with partners, funders, external parties and internal functional teams to develop project strategy that meet project goals within deadline and budgets.Budget management, reporting, data management and provide project insights and recommendations for strengthening the project’s operational model and adoption in the long-run based on feedback and data collected.Develop Corporate Partnerships and Maintain Existing Partner Relationships:Formulate strategy to identify prospects and potential corporate partners to secure resources and opportunities to create PWD and CLD initiatives, including pitching, proposal development and building new partnerships.Regularly engage partners to maintain interest, relevance and buy-in including online and offline activities from planning to execution and evaluation stage.Create and maintain a strong network of connections in the corporate community to leverage our services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling partnership proposals and pitch decks that effectively communicate the value and benefits of partnering with Generation.Incorporate data, market insights, and industry trends to support the partnership value proposition and showcase the potential impact of collaboration.Participate in conferences, exhibitions and other events as applicable to increase and maintain Generation visibility. This includes brand building at conferences, learning events and other channels.Stakeholder Management and Support Community & School:Work with partners, curriculum & instruction, marketing team to strategize and execute CLD activities for beneficiaries, including partners, instructors and mentors onboarding.Community and School partners: drive, build and nurture partnerships with community partners, NGOs and schools to plan and implement PWE and career and life development initiatives.Facilitate the collection and sharing of success stories to already engaged partners to ensure they remain motivated about the work of Generation.Participate in cross organizations and project meetings, ensure progress is communicated in a timely manner and solicit support from other partners.Placement Support and Organizational Engagement:Support corporate partnerships events and actively explore potential collaboration with different partners.Work closely with the placement team to increase the number of internships or full time job opportunities for our alumni and learners of pre-employment training.Support the planning and strategies of the overall Business Engagement and Industry Partnerships team.Proactively participate in cross-projects and organizational initiatives to enhance knowledge sharing as a part of the learning organization.To apply, please email your cover letter, resume, and details of current and expected salary to [email redacted, apply via Company website].
