Our client is one of the best employers in Hong Kong. As their business is rapidly growing, currently they are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (IT & Non-IT) to manage procurement of all categories, with a focus on IT services and marketing services.about the job.
As a Senior Procurement Manager (IT & Non-IT), you will ...-Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, with a specific focus on IT services and marketing services.
-Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional growth.
-Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and technical capability for both IT and non-IT procurement categories.
-Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and contractual agreements for IT services and marketing services.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely procurement support for IT and marketing projects.
-Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
-Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in IT and marketing to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in the IT and marketing domains, fostering strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth and innovation.
-Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical procurement practices for both IT and non-IT categories.skills & experiences required.
- Diploma/ Degree Holder in related disciplines.
-Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience.
-Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management, specifically in IT services and marketing services.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
-Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.about the benefits.
