- Project Management:Lead and manage commercial asset projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Control:Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables, including design plans, construction materials, and workmanship, to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution.
- Budget and Cost Control:Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Reporting and Documentation:Prepare regular progress reports, project documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership:Provide guidance and support to project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in project management software, CAD software, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Leadership Abilities:Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Analytical Thinking:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and industry knowledge.
