- Responsible for the maintenance management on building fabrics, air-conditioning, and electrical &mechanical installations
- Periodically review and audit of building maintenance conditions for recommending and implementing works to maintain the required quality standards and conditions
- Oversee and monitor energy management of the building and implement energy conservation initiatives to achieve Company’s sustainability directives
- Manage building maintenance staff and works and lead technical staff to deliver safe, reliable and cost effective operation and maintenance services in building maintenance aspects
- Develop and manage the inventory of spare parts and ordering system
- Assist in preparing and managing the department budget
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying related discipline
- Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Surveyor or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ experience with minimum 5 years in a project management role of large-scale property developments
- Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Conversant with local government regulations of property development process in Hong Kong
- Proficient in Auto-CAD, Building Information Modelling, scheduling and similar projects control software
- University graduate in Engineering / Surveying or equivalent
- Registered Professional Engineer / Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years’ post-qualified experiences, 3 of which is at supervisory level
- Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward
- Ensures accountability. Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. Acts with a clear sense of ownership. Establishes clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results

- Proficiency in PC skills
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
