
(Contract) Human Resources Officer / Assistant, Compensation & Benefits

- Perform Maker role in monthly payroll for full-time/temporary employees
- Perform final payment process, tax filing, monthly ORSO/MPF and staff benefits administration issues, club membership, system record update and other C&B related issues
- Handle various enquiries and information requests from internal and external parties such as staff salary/employment proof requests, IRD letters, reference checks, visa letters, surveys/questionnaires and departmental information requests etc.
- Provide support in BCP/DR drills, staff benefits programs and department administrative issues
- Handle staff’s enquiries in related to C&B issues
- Assist in collecting and preparing information/reports for various internal and external checking e.g. CSA, Internal Audit, on-site and other departments’ related checking (KPMG’s interim and annual reviews)
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects/issues of the group/division/department as assigned by supervisors
- Post-secondary or above
- Preferably with 2 years or above relevant experience
- Understand relevant policies and familiar with procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
- Good organization skills and numerical sense; and work-level understanding of employment-related ordinances
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Strong in computer skills such as Excel
- Proficient in English & Chinese typing
