About the opportunityImplement a full spectrum of indirect procurement activitiesIdentify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate price, terms and conditions with suppliersOversee contract renewals, sourcing activities and conduct market intelligenceCoordinate and follow up on the Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processCollaborate, liaise and work closely with the external and internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters and the resolution of issuesMaintain proper procurement records and system database for audit purposesAssist in driving awareness and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, through close collaboration with the stakeholdersWhat you need to be successfulHigher Diploma or abovePreferably 2 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement or office administrationA proactive, responsible and flexible team player who can work independently and solve problemsGood interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a positive attitude.Good command of spoken and written English and ChineseProficient in Microsoft suites.
