- As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a technically proficient and commercially driven Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to support both customer engagement and product development.
- This is a dual-function role combining sales and R&D responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will act as a bridge between client needs and technical execution, contributing to product innovation, cost analysis, and business development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to Sales Managers
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and finalize deals using cost reports
- Conduct market analysis and prepare detailed pricing and cost breakdowns
- Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic insights
- Manage product costing, quotations, and cost analysis from concept to finished goods
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Report directly to the R&D Manager
- Ideal Candidates
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in power cords, transformers, EV cables, wire harnesses, or electronics
- Experience with finished products is preferred
- Strong background in cost calculation, supplier management, project coordination, and account management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
