- Work closely with Customer Service Manager to develop and enhance Chatbot and Customer Relationship Management System
- Supervise the Customer Service Team to ensure the team provides high quality service to our customers, including prompt response on enquiries about product information, order status or after sales services, etc
- Provide administrative support such as rostering and preparing Operations Reports and Statistics
- Work and align closely with all business unit Managers to achieve business objectives
- Handle complaints and coordinate internal and external parties to resolve them according to company guidelines
- Prepare Standard Operation Procedures to the Customer Service Team and ensure they comply with it in daily operations
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager and Board of Management
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / eCommerce or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ proven experience at supervisory level in the Customer Service operations preferably in eCommerce field
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Attention to details, excellent organization, analytical and able to work independently and multi-task
- Strong ability to deal with difficult people with excellent complaint handling skills
- Experience in online selling platform for beauty product category is an advantage
