- Lead and oversee financial operations across overseas offices, ensuring optimal shareholder value.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow control to align with strategic goals and maintain financial health.
- Provide strategic financial insights and professional advice to senior management for decision-making and planning.
- Supervise the preparation and review of financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to financial standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies across all regional offices.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and excellence across international locations.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining the integrity and reliability of financial data.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Recognised professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- At least 15 years' experience in finance, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing financial operations across multiple regions, ideally within the ICT industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle Accounting.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Candidates with less experience shall be considered as Associate Director.
