Part-time Lecturer in Geography in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref.: 526353)We now invite applications for appointment as Part-time Lecturer in the Department of Geography within the Faculty of Social Sciences.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe appointee will be responsible for teaching two courses for the Master of Arts in China Development Studies (MAChDS) programme.RequirementsApplicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in geography, remote sensing, Geoinformatics or related discipline, with expertise in the context of China. Preference is given to those with teaching experience in tertiary institutions and/or post-qualification working experience in relevant professional or academic settings.What We OfferThe appointment will be made on a one-year temporary basis commencing from 1 September 2024 and another from 1 January 2025, renewable subject to mutual agreement and good performance.
