- Safely and efficiently transport C-Suite level and guests to and from designated locations, including airports, meetings, and events.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain a high level of safety at all times.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team for any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Assist passengers with their belongings and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to schedule transportation services and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes to avoid delays whenever possible.
- Stay updated on road and traffic regulations to ensure compliance.
- Handle any unexpected situations, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents, in a calm and professional manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Valid Hong Kong driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Familiarity with the roads and traffic conditions in Hong Kong.
- Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
