Frozen and Chilled products are available at selected stores.Logistic Clerk / Coordinator (Ref: 250829)Location: Kwai ChungWorking Time：09:00-18:00（5.5 days per week, alternative Saturday off)Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the department (e.g.: data entry, data updates, filing regularly)
- Handle daily in/outbound operation arrangement to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth & efficient operation
- Assists in Macau Customs Declaration Documentation
- Assist in handling account and administrative works
- Maintain good relationships with customers for inquiries, requests, and follow-up actions
- Support Wholesale team day to day operations including inventory monitoring and goods delivery schedule
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- F.5 / DSE or above
- 2 years logistics/warehouse experience, preferably in Retail/ FMCG company
- Communication, negotiation, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC skills e.g. MS Office, Excel, Outlook; Good knowledge in WMS.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
