Miramar Group, based in Hong Kong, was established in 1957 and has been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1970 (HKEx Stock Code: 71). Miramar Group is a member of Henderson Land Group, with a diversified business portfolio covering hotels and serviced apartments, property investment, food and beverage and travel services in Hong Kong and major cities in China.Due to substantial expansion plans, we are now looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join our Group.Responsibilities:

Perform daily warehouse operations including but not limited to products receiving, order picking and loading according to details as specified on approved purchase orders, such as description, brand, model, quantity, etc.
Inspect and check incoming items to maintain high quality standard and ensure product quality always.
Work with relevant managers when receiving high risk items to ensure good quality and appropriate hygiene standard.
Check the temperature of high-risk items (e.g. oysters, sushi, sashimi, etc.) to ensure good hygiene standards.
Issue and distribute the goods to different departments.
Update inventory records for incoming and outing products.
Prepare incoming and outgoing product records to Group Finance within 24 hours.
Perform stock take periodically.
Assist General F&B Store to deliver, tidy and issue products for both Hotel & Tsuen Wan Warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Form 5 or above
1 year’ related experience in warehouse operations with Food and Hygiene exposure is definitely an advantage
Responsible, detail-minded and independent
Competency in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
