China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)") with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, organizing, and executing system enhancements (core system, customer APP and channel support system) related to policy services, including client and policy information changes, policy changes require underwriting, compliance and etc.Support the development and implementation of new or enhanced workflows and new product featuresCoordinate and assist in UAT activities, such as preparing test plans, test cases, pre-UAT quality check, monitoring bug fixes, tracking retest progress, creating UAT reports, and conducting post-implementation monitoringAssist the manager / senior manager in driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, channel support, and customer experienceResolve escalated cases and arrange follow up and remediation whenever necessaryCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and maintain seamless communication across departmentsPrepare regular and ad hoc reports on policy servicing performance and other business data; collect industry information for updating market intelligenceDepending on the candidate’s professional background and relevant experience, the role may be flexibly adjusted to either BA or Assistant Manager.For BA, the role will focus on assisting in project requirements analysis, UAT related activities, data consolidation, system enhancement processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in any disciplineCertification in PMP, FLMI, and/or IIQE Paper I, III and V will be an advantage.For BA position, 1-3 years of experience in insurance industry or in relevant business analysis roles is required.For AM position, 3-5 years of experience in life insurance policy service is required, with at least 1 year of supervisory experienceStrong understanding of life insurance products and regulations, AML and other related risk controlsStrong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processingGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.Good interpersonal, communication and time management skillsExcellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skillsPro-active and self-motivated, capable to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
