We invite you to become part of our team and to pursue a bright and exciting future.Position SummaryThe incumbent will assist the Senior CRM Campaign Management Manager to develop, monitor & review the Bank’s channel strategy and to perform planning and monitoring e-channels’ campaign execution.Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze channel and consumer behavior analysis to deliver valuable insights for channel development, marketing campaign and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in monitoring and analyzing channel usage
  • Review and monitor campaign execution within regulatory standard and business user requirement
  • Review regular MIS reports for channel usage, marketing analytics and / or regulatory reporting
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation for providing creative solutions and / or supporting management decision
  • Manage and coach members in achieving business objective in the Section
  • Maintain good relationship with business users
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
  • Take up ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Senior CRM Campaign Management Manager.
Requirements
  • University graduate, preferably in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Decision Science, Computer Science, or a related disciplines;
  • Preferable over 5 year experience cover the following:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in data analysis or MIS reporting, preferably in banking industry
  • Proficient in leading IT projects and strong in verbal and written communication to business and management
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access) and VBA
  • Sound demonstration of using data to draw insights
  • Creative, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • A good team member, proactive and with good problem solving skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
