Closing Date: Until the position is filledDutiesThe appointee is expected to perform but not limited to the following duties:

Assist in managing and enhancing Alma library systems and Primo discovery layers;
Provide technical support for digital services, databases, and e-resources;
Develop and maintain library websites, internal applications and library-wide projects;
Ensure data integrity and security for library systems and digital assets with IT colleagues.

Requirements

Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Library Science (with IT focus), or a related field;
Have 3 years of relevant work experience or above;
Knowledge of Ex Libris Alma and Primo VE would be considered a strong asset;
Familiar with programming languages such as XML, HTML, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript;
Have strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
