head of management information & analysis

• Prepare management information to senior management team and division
• Keep abreast of financial results and targets from bank and divisional KPI
• Liaise and coordinate with business units to analyse forecasts vs budgets
• Maintain and execute cost allocations
• Lead a team of 7 - 8 staff in MIS, manage their daily operations and provide recommendations where needed
• Prepare regular and on-demand reports from Head Office
• Address concerns from Head Office, relevant stakeholders and internal as well as external auditors on management accounting topics
• Maintain and enforce policy and procedures on management accounting

• Bachelor degree in related disciplines
• Qualified accountant is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience from banking or audit firms with financial institution clients
• Hands on experience in management accounting or MIS reporting
• Experience in a leadership position, even a small team
• Good business acumen
• Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both read and written
• Excellent team player
