Posting Date: 2025-08-20Infocast LimitedAssistant Project Manager / Project ManagerJob Purpose:Primary role is to assist the senior project manager to deliver the financial technology solution to the enterprise clients.Background:Infocast is the solution-providing vendor offering the one-stop-shop financial solution to our enterprise clients. Enterprise solution team is mainly facing banks as our client to offer securities trading, wealth management, and market data solutions.Responsibilities:To provide integration solution leading the projects from end-to-endTo work with different team members for the success delivery of the solution integration projectsLiaise with other teams on getting consent of the project plans, identify resources, resolve constraints and deliver quality application systemManage internal and external communication including project cost, risk, and statusEvaluate, identify challenges and develop contingency plan to minimize business risks. Actively offer alternatives to drive way outTo control the projects and manage relationships with both internal and external teams to delivery according to the project milestonesProactive risks and issues management. Facilitate the mitigation, manage conflicts and prepare contingency plan in timely mannerPrepare and present project status to related partiesRequirements:University degree in Information Technology, Business or Finance related discipline3+ years' experience in technology project managementPreferably with system integration experiences in financial services industryPrevious experiences in equity trading or clearing system is a plusGood knowledge in project managementSound knowledge of banking and information technologyContinuous learning working attitude in both the project management, technology and business domainsHands on approach to follow up project issues and SIT / UAT defect managementGood oral and written English and Chinese, with Proficiency in Putonghua an advantageCustomer-oriented and attention to detailsStrong analytical, planning and presentation skillsOutgoing, Positive attitudes, team player and self-motivatedCandidate with rich experiences may be considered as Project ManagerWe Offer5-day work weekPerformance BonusDiscretionary BonusMedical & Dental InsuranceVariety of Leaves (e.g. Birthday, Marriage Leave etc.)Variety of company activities and trainingFree Fruits, Drinks & SnacksTo Apply:
