- Handle correspondences and documents, prepare reports and meeting papers
- Perform ad hoc assignments
- DSE/ HKCEE or above
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience gained from property developer or sizable company is an advantage
- Responsible, self-initiated, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
- Able to handle multi tasks and work independently
- Strong sense of confidentiality and sensitivity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
