Established in 1904, the Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC) is a private members’ club and is one of the leading sporting clubs in Hong Kong. We, promote participation in cricket and a wide variety of other sports, as well as encouraging social activities. We have a green environment in the heart of Kowloon. KCC’s facilities are also open to outside bodies such as schools and voluntary organizations, and we have a particular emphasis on training and nurturing the youth in many different sports.Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts
Provide food & beverage service in a British Bar
Ensure all the Bar equipment is in working order.
Reports on requirement or replenishment of materials and tools, deficiency or breakage of the machinery, etc.
Resolve member and guest's enquiry
Ensure that all equipment, drawers, refrigerators are clean and the contents are always fit for service.
Requirements
1-3 years or above with bar service experience in F&B, Club / Hotel industry
Good knowledge of wine and cocktail production
Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Captain / Captain
