Senior Service Engineer

• Design, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and IAM.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect data and resources.
• Collaborate with customer's team to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
• Document network SA&D, operation guide, configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide support for network-related incidents and requests from customer.

• Strong network analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and trends.
• Hands on knowledge of Cisco and Juniper is a must.
• Hands on experience of China product is preferred (Huawei, H3C and Sangfor…etc).
• Holder of relevant certifications is preferred.
