Williams (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading staffing services provider with over 40 years of experience in permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, and court reporting services.We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our sweater category within the Technical Services function. This role is pivotal in ensuring product excellence, driving quality standards, and supporting cross-functional teams across regions. You will oversee fit, yarn, and quality assurance operations, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to enhance product development and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Technical Oversight: Manage the sweater QA team to deliver end-to-end technical support across fit, yarn, and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with business goals.Strategic Execution: Translate business strategies into actionable quality initiatives that drive product integrity and customer satisfaction.Customer Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with global clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor to elevate engagement and deepen business relationships.Fit & Approval Management: Oversee the full approval cycle including fit sessions, TOP (Top of Production) approvals, and quality checkpoints in collaboration with customer technical design teams.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously refine QA processes and improve operational efficiency.Capability Building: Develop the technical competencies of the QA team through training, mentorship, and process innovation.Factory Onboarding: Support vendor selection and onboarding by evaluating technical capabilities and ensuring alignment with quality standards.Performance Monitoring: Track development and production KPIs, proactively implementing corrective actions to maintain high scorecard performance.RequirementsDegree or diploma in apparel, garment design, or manufacturingMinimum 10 years of experience in sweater technical design or quality assuranceProven leadership experience managing cross-regional teamsIn-depth knowledge of sweater manufacturing, yarns, garment construction, fitting, and QA protocolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and EnglishAbility to identify trends and translate insights into actionable plansCollaborative mindset with experience in driving regional initiativesCandidates with extensive experience may be considered for a more senior role as Division Manager, Technical Services.Interested parties please upload your CV by clicking "Apply" below.All information collected will be kept in strict confidence and will be used for recruitment purpose only.
