Oversee and monitor the private cloud network environment with 24x7 support.
Handle installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, health checks, traffic analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper network infrastructure.
Collaborate with vendors and both internal and external teams on implementations.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve cloud network issues.
Offer technical guidance and training to application developers and operators on cloud network processes and procedures.
工作要求
Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma or above in Computing, Information Security, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
Over 3 years of hands-on networking experience.
Solid knowledge of IP and Ethernet technologies, including routing protocols (BGP, IGP, ISIS, OSPF), VLAN, and IP addressing.
Self-driven, able to work well under pressure, and willing to support urgent issues after office hours.
Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Network Administration Manager role.
