Answer and respond to calls, emails, service portal, and online chat
Research required information using available resources
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate parties according to available guideline
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs
Prepare reports

Requirements

F.5 or above
0-1 year IT support experience (Fresh graduates with IT knowledge is welcome)
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Good command in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
Experience working for IT helpdesk / IT Call Center is an advantage
Shift duties may be required with compensation leave / shift allowance
