Our client is prestigious retail brand worldwide and looking for talented Finance Manager for Southeast Asia.Responsibilities:

Manage the day-end and month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements
Handle financial reporting, financial audits, regulatory filings, tax filings, fund management, and financial reports to stakeholders
Monitor updates in accounting standards, group policies and local legislation to create awareness among the team and standardization across regions
Enhance operation efficiency and control effectiveness through simplification, automation and standardization of accounting procedures and operation activities
Support statutory and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
CPA qualification is preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in fiancial accounting and regional experience
Retail and Southeast Asia background is highly preferred
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills to deal with various stakeholders and drive changes
