- Monitor and track the progress of 2 upgrade and modernization projects for building systems
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth project execution without disrupting daily operations or occupants
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, statutory regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct regular site meetings with contractors and stakeholders
- Certify completed work on-site and maintain proper documentation
- Provide progress reports to supervisors, including periodic photo records
- Be available for e-call services outside office hours in case of incidents affecting building operations
- High Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering, preferably with large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory safety requirements in Hong Kong
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proven experience in managing contractor teams and multi-disciplinary projects
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues during renovations
- This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong project coordination skills in building services
