- Reporting to Managing Director, provide HR Services for end to end employee life cycle for Hong Kong office
- Ensure efficient on-boarding of new hires to strive for excellent employee experience and provide HR services for entire employee life cycle, including compensation & benefits administration & processing, international mobility, leave management, offboarding arrangement, etc.
- Provide periodic reports on headcounts, turnover, and budget, and HR analytics for management review
- Work on people & strategic projects like benefits alignment, HR audit, annual review, etc.
- Ensure and maintain accurate HR data and records in HRIS system including application records, new hire, and benefits forms etc.
- At least 5 years' experience in full spectrum of HR operation from international firms, ideally financial services
- Mature, independent, flexible, detail-minded, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, using MS Office;
