Key Responsibilities· Perform reception dutiesGreeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerManaging incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messagesMaintaining the reception area to ensure a tidy and organized environmentCoordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for client meetingsHandling mail distribution and courier services efficientlyAssisting with ordering of office suppliesContacting with vendors on cleaning, security, facilities, procurement, maintenance & repair and related mattersProviding other office administrative support when requiredRequirements2-3 years of receptionist / administrative experience, preferably from garment industryHighly proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeA professional, proactive, customer-focused and detail-oriented approachStrong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills· Interested parties, please click “Apply now” to submit your resume with current & expected salary and availability.
