- Manage the entire business development cycle independently and remotely.
- Work on a commission-based model with flexible hours, focusing purely on hunting for new business.
- This is a 100% pure business development and client-facing role.
- Proven experience in business development and client acquisition, preferably within the IT or recruitment sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
- Excellent understanding of the Hong Kong IT job market and industry trends.
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and target-driven with a strong hunter mentality.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively.
