Head of Enterprise Risk Management

• Leadership: Oversee the ERM function, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective risk management practices.
• Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the institution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and frameworks that support the institution’s goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to promote a risk-aware culture and ensure accountability for risk management.
• Reporting: Prepare and present risk reports to the executive team and the board, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk management.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance risk management capabilities within the institution.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., FRM, CRM) is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a related field, with a proven track record in leading risk initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective risk management frameworks and processes.
