We are a leading company in the PCB, IC substrate and semicon equipment industry, we are seeking a passionate and experienced technical leader to join our mission in advancing technology and operational excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of engineers and managers in machine installation, conditioning, application, maintenance, and repair processes.Oversee the implementation of semiconductor and IC substrate solutions.Collaborate with machine suppliers and customers to align on business objectives and ensure seamless project execution.Partner closely with suppliers to enhance machine performance, efficiency, and reliability.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging deep expertise to troubleshoot machine characteristics.Provide actionable technical support and in-depth analysis to suppliers to drive continuous machine improvement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.Minimum of 8 years of management experience in engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.Proven experience in the PCB industry and/or IC substrate assembly is highly preferred.Exceptional skills in developing and delivering tailored technical presentations to diverse audiences.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage for effective communication with global stakeholders.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
