Business Analyst

• Ensure the timely and quality delivery of final products or services within budget and in accordance with the program plan.
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings for project-related purposes, including project kickoff meetings, user requirement gathering, progress reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Familiarity with IT environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably with IT-related experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working for an IT vendor is highly desirable.
• Candidates with banking or insurance experience are a priority.
