About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and well-connected Corporate Sales Manager to join CHARGESPOT’s team. This role focuses on building and managing corporate client relationships, especially with HR, CSR, and ESG decision-makers, to promote CHARGESPOT’s corporate plan. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in corporate account management, a deep understanding of client needs around employee wellbeing and ESG, and the ability to turn these into impactful partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition & Revenue GenerationIdentify, cultivate, and convert corporate prospects into long-term clients, with a focus on HR departments, CSR/ESG teams, and employee benefits providers.Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline management, prospecting, pitching, to successful onboarding.Achieve acquisition and revenue targets through selling CHARGESPOT’s corporate usage and related solutions.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Develop account plans, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Act as a trusted advisor, aligning CHARGESPOT’s offerings with client ESG goals, employee wellbeing, and corporate sustainability initiatives.Collaboration & Strategic AlignmentWork closely with Business Intelligence, Product, and Marketing functions to optimize corporate onboarding.Contribute to go-to-market strategies for corporate sales, aligning CHARGESPOT’s solutions with broader market trends in ESG and employee engagement.Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent delivery of value and measurable outcomes for clients.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, with a strong background in front-office sales, business development, or corporate account management.Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience, ideally in industries such as employee benefits, ESG solutions, HR services, or B2B SaaS.Demonstrated track record of acquiring and growing corporate accounts, with strong existing client networks.Solid understanding of corporate client needs, including employee engagement, sustainability, and ESG policy drivers.Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable making independent decisions.Strong alignment with CHARGESPOT’s values: teamwork, integrity, innovation, and customer trust.About CHARGESPOTHong Kong homegrown startup CHARGESPOT is the world’s first transnational power bank rental company.
