Join a team that values innovation and growth.We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our insurance operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing policy documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing responsive support to clients and intermediaries. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to service excellence.DOO you have what it takes?What you’ll be working on:Policy Issuance & AdministrationPrepare and issue new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellation documents in accordance with company guidelines and timelines.Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted application forms and required documents.Input and update policy details into internal systems and ensure all records are maintained properly.Ensure all documentation complies with internal audit standards and insurance regulatory requirements.Customer Service SupportHandle policy-related inquiries from clients, channels and internal departments.Provide accurate information on policy terms, procedures, and status updates.Assist customers with requests such as document reissuance, policy changes, or basic claims guidance.Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining case ownership and proactive communication.General AdministrationAssist in generating reports and maintaining operational data for review.Support continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.What we’re looking for:Diploma or above, preferably in Business or related discipline.1–2 years of relevant experience in insurance policy administration or customer service preferred.Holder of IIQES paper 1,3,5 is a must.Familiar with insurance products and workflow (Life / General Insurance).Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.What we offer:Rewarding career development with regional exposureDouble payPerformance bonusMedical insuranceDaily snacksFriendly and open work environment with a young, energetic teamLife as DOOersAt Doo Group, we embrace a culture where continuous growth, collaboration, and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
