Develop and implement administrative strategies that support the organization’s goals and enhance overall operational effectiveness.Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient processes and resource allocation across various departments.Compliance and Governance:
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, establishing best practices in governance and risk management.Team Development:
Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including finance, HR, and IT, to ensure alignment on administrative initiatives and support business objectives.Budget Management:
Develop and manage the administrative budget, monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns to enhance service delivery.QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.Experience:
10+ years of experience in administration or operational management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.Communication Skills:
