- Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security across the region.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM): Develop, configure, and administer IAM solutions to ensure secure access to systems and applications.
- SSO/LDAP Implementation: Lead the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP configurations, and integrations for seamless user authentication across platforms.
- Azure Active Directory Applications: Implement and administer Azure AD and related applications, addressing key business needs in identity and access security.
- Microsoft Tools: Leverage and manage Microsoft platforms and tools (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365) to optimize IT environments.
- Regional Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for regional infrastructure projects, collaborating across teams and geographical boundaries to deliver high-impact solutions.
- System Administration: Perform system monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum uptime and performance for critical infrastructure.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to system changes, implementations, and configurations to support compliance and business continuity.
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or in a System Administrator role.
- Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools (Windows Servers, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, etc.).
- Practical experience implementing SSO, LDAP, or Azure AD-based application solutions.
- Strong understanding of network security, authentication protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent understanding of infrastructure operations and best practices.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-regional initiatives effectively.
