- Collaborate with the CEO to improve strategy planning, management objectives, and KPI systems to enhance the company's overall performance and market positioning.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement from various industries segments; including Automation, AI & robotics trends and technologies relevant to the company's business areas.
- Ensure the effective execution of strategies and monitor progress towards business results.
- Utilize strong commercial sense to identify opportunities and propose strategic initiatives.
- Ensure that activities are performed according to the plans and with the set of standards if not then taking corrective action.
- Safeguard against misuse of resources, have good records and management what happened in the past and where change can be effective.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to gather necessary data for analysis and decision-making; upgrade the management tools and systems to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and propose solutions to close those gaps.
- Establish executive summaries and dashboards to keep track and monitor the progress and performance of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the CEO's priorities and objectives
- Work closely with Business Unit Heads to transfer strategy ownership and provide guidance to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.
- Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO office, ensuring the project progress is timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives
- Ensure information is in order and report the synopsis to the Group CEO in a timely and precise manner.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, departments, and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization
- Attend management meetings involving the CEO and take minutes; document outstanding tasks and ensure effective actions and follow-up.
- Deal with sensitive and strictly confidential matter, and engage with high level contacts inside and outside the company
- Master degree; possess strong or qualified management accounting.
- Consulting firms well-trained candidate with solid in-house strategy exposure; knowledge and understanding of automation, AI, robotics, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in strategy planning, business analysis, and project management.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Ability to transform information into actionable business insights, including the development of visual aids such as tree diagrams.
- Sound business acumen; be able to understand the strong value that the company places on building relationships whether it being with staff, suppliers, customers or other key stakeholders and business partners
- Demonstrate a global and international mindset, capable of seeing the big picture and connecting the dots across different sectors.
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
- Be able to present strategic conclusions and propose solutions to senior leadership; interpersonally strong in communicating with and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
