ALKF+ has been established as an architectural firm in Hong Kong for over 50 years with a portfolio consisting of institutional ventures, hotel developments, residential and commercial projects. ALKF was awarded the top 10 architectural firms in Hong Kong by BCI Asia based on year’s market share in year 2005 to 2019 and 2021 to 2024. In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite professional candidates for the following position.Company information : Website: http://www.alkf.com/Responsibilities:As an Architectural Assistant, you will be:

Responsible for working and presentation drawings
Assist in handling the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents
Assist in tender submission and contract administration
Arrange client meetings and site visit
Assist the Architectural team for ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Master Degree holder in Architecture Studies
Having working experience after Master Degree preferred
High achieving, reliable and results driven
Resourceful, analytical, organized with an eye for detail
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Good command in English and Chinese
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software
