Provide 1st & 2nd level technical Support Service and escalate complex issues to supplier within the agreed service levels
Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, server, desktop, hardware, software and application systems
Assist users with applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Keep track of status and frequently communicate with stakeholders of Service Requests and Incidents from case start-to-end

Does it sound like you?

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related discipline
Knowledge in Microsoft desktop / Office 365 / Azure platforms
Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
Holder of MCSA / Azure Administrator Associate certificates would be an advantage
1-2 years field service relevant working experience
Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
