1. Strategic Event Leadership & IT Support
- Lead end-to-end IT support for high-stakes business events, ensuring all technology requirements are identified, planned, and executed flawlessly.
- Develop and maintain event calendar and playbooks, contingency plans, and post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal functions (e.g. IT Infrastructure, Corporate Governance, Corporate Communications, etc.) and external vendors (e.g. AV teams, broadcasting firms) to ensure seamless live streaming, webcasting, and hybrid event support.
- Develop and deliver high-quality communications for the CIO, including briefing documents and presentations for senior stakeholders such as the Board, CE, OpCo, and regulators.
- Develop thought leadership content (e.g. feedback to regulators , social media and internal blogs) to position the CIO and Hang Seng Technology as industry leaders.
- Craft compelling narratives to articulate Hang Seng Bank Technology's achievements, and innovation agenda. Ensure the messaging aligns with corporate strategy and brand positioning.
- Evaluate and implement emerging event technologies for opportunities to showcase Hang Seng Bank's innovative mindset (e.g., AI-driven Q&A systems, virtual AGM platforms).
- Manage on-site and co-ordinate with remote IT support teams during events, ensuring 100% availability.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience in financial services or technology sectors, with strong project management and co-ordination skills, including support C-level executives and mission-critical events
- Technology Fluency - Deep understanding of technology terms, with ability to rapidly comprehend new technological concepts
- Operational Excellence - Details oriented with meticulous planning and execution under pressure.
