Post Trade Support Officer - Top FI Firm

• Providing exceptional services to customers, aiming for the highest standards
• Assisting the team in handling day-to-day equity processing tasks, such as corporate actions, settlement, and fee reconciliation
• Supporting the team in ensuring the accuracy and quality of reconciliation reports for trades involving affiliates, clients, and counterparts
• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve breaks and exceptions, and identifying the underlying causes for any issues that may arise

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, relevant working experience in HK securities lending product and post trade support
• Knowledge in settlement/ reconciliation within securities, clearing and banking
• Strong reliable. Strives for accuracy and stability and able to works in a consistent manner
• Strong problem solver, conduct research and analysis in a time management skills
• Strong analytics, affinity with data and reconciliation, proactive and willing to learn skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills
