- Develop strategies and execution plans to promote HRCA’s “Middle-Aged and Elderly Empowerment Project” to both the social and commercial sectors
- Understand the needs of the social and commercial sectors and solicit their interest in taking part in HRCA’s age-friendly initiatives and activities
- Plan and organize talks, events, recruitment fairs etc.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery of products and services to clients and contribute to the achievements of employer related deliverables and KPIs.
- Oversee and promote corporate membership program
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to evaluate plan effectiveness and propose improvement options
- Monitor project progress, evaluate project effectiveness and present reports for management review
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
- 20+ years of work experience in diverse industries with excellent connection with senior level decision makers and HR decision makers
- Experience working with NGOs / social enterprises with a good understanding of their business ecosystem
- Experience in business development/marketing
- A self-motivating problem solver with the ability to develop new business opportunities and expand brand awareness
- A good team player who is multi-tasking, well-organized and detail-minded
- Creative, flexible and with good business sense
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Google Workplace
- This is a part-time role requiring 3-full day's work per week with flexible work hours
