- Maintain software and hardware installations/upgrades and IT assets
- Monitor and troubleshooting of in-house network & operations systems
- Monitor trading and investment management systems
- Configure firewall and be responsible for system and server backup
- Manage inventory and procurement of IT equipment and software
- Provide technical desktop computer support to end-users
- Liaise and coordinate with Head Quarter’s IT Team & IT equipment providers
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in system and network support
- Good communication skill in English, Chinese is must, proficient in Japanese is an advantage
- Strong analytical mind with good problem solving skill
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
