About the job:The 6-month Store Trainee Manager Development Programme is designed to cultivate future leaders in Sales Operations. This programme provides talented individuals with a platform to enhance their professional knowledge and management competencies in the retail industry. Successful candidates will take the “Advanced Diploma in Retail Store Management – Supermarket Chain (QF Level 4)," a recognized qualification equivalent to Associate Degree level under the Qualification Framework. The programme includes on-the-job training and project management components.Candidates will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager 3 months after successful completion of the programme. Additionally, we offer further development opportunities in key departments such as Trading and Supply Chain for high-potential candidates.What we look for?
