Pay : HK$19,764 - HK$24,701 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist speech therapists (ST) in providing direct/indirect patient care during the assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing problems.
- Prepare and maintain therapeutic / educational equipment tools and materials.
- Assist speech therapists to conduct group activities and educational talks.
- Supervise patients during therapeutic activities - Supervise patients in carrying out training exercises and task performance.
- Disinfect therapeutic tools and equipment.
- Provide administrative, clerical and domestic support for daily operation of the department.
- Handle patient enquiry, registration and appointment booking.
- Liaise, coordinate and organize meetings, clinic programmes and activities.
- Participate in service programme development, implementation and evaluation.
- Participate in conducting research, compiling statistics and inputting data for managerial and clinical purposes.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
- F.5 / S.5 or equivalent;
- Completed structured departmental training (See Remarks).
- Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken.
- Holding diploma or above.
- Possess certificate in health-care related programs.
- Possess working experiences in healthcare settings or statistics related disciplines.
- Knowledge in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
- Knowledge in statistics and research work.
- Good interpersonal communication skill, creative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Mature, caring and interested to serve and communicate with patients.
