About Our ClientOur client is the one of the largest American investment banks, headquartered in New York City. They are now looking for a Client Services Associate to join their private wealth management division to handle client services, client relationships, account opening, KYC documentation and trade executions for Chinese Ultra High Net Worth clients. The private wealth management division provides highly personalized, best in class investment advice, execution services, wealth management and banking solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families across the region.Job Description
  • Responsible for account openings, client onboarding, KYC documentations for Ultra High Net Worth clients
  • Support private bank relationship managers in building and maintaining relationships with clients and attending to client queries
  • Execute client trade orders for global securities transactions
  • Capture, monitor and prepare reports for management to identify trends in assessing the risk of the business
  • Work closely with different products desks
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or business management related discipline
  • 3-5 years of working experience in ARM/ client servicing/ account opening/ KYC documentation/ trade execution for Ultra High Net Worth clients / private banking/ corporate banking/ institutional clients within banking industry, preferably within private banking
  • HKSI paper 1 passed (passed before onboarding)
  • Comfortable with numbers, analytics and Microsoft Office applications, able to work under pressure and tight timeframe
  • Highly fluent in English and Mandarin. Mandarin is a must.
